Having never lived a day of peace in her short life, the young girl did not expect to awaken upon such a soft bed after having been killed so brutally. The weight of the falling axe was still heavy upon her, but the surrounding comforts seemed to sooth her weariness in ways she had never known before.
The gutters were no more, and where she remembered a castle standing was now a surrounding forest so peaceful of veil that the lack of apparent danger was enough to give her fright. Though isolated for what seemed like an eternity, the young girl is finally met by another who speaks of a sister lost and needing to be found.
Upon their travels through the forest, they find themselves in the midst of a secret realm with only the appearance of paradise. All too quickly, what seemed serene was merely an illusion, and the depths of the stygian lands has no visible ground.
